Eric serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Molecular Testing Labs.

Prior to joining Molecular Testing Labs, Eric was a Senior Advisor in Oliver Wyman’s global Transportation & Services practice, along with leading SUMMi7, a business accelerator focused on supporting diverse owners and founders of small to mid-sized companies.

Eric brings 30 years of diverse leadership experience across multiple industries, including aerospace, industrial, and healthcare, with a track record of driving transformational growth and operational excellence, including serving as Vice President of Strategy and Market Development for Boeing’s $20B Services business; as President and CEO of Boeing Distribution Inc., formerly known as Aviall; and in leadership roles in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management at Honeywell and Raytheon.

From leading multi-billion-dollar global enterprises to scaling startups, Eric has developed and executed growth strategies that delivered results such as 20% year-over-year revenue increases, $1.5B in acquisition-driven expansion, and operational efficiencies through Lean Six Sigma and predictive analytics. His leadership spans P&L oversight, supply chain transformation, program management, and strategy deployment. With a global perspective cultivated through roles across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific, Eric excels at building high-performing teams, fostering cross-industry collaboration, and driving purpose-driven innovation that creates sustainable and inclusive growth.

Eric earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University. He is the author of The Frontline CEO, a guide to assist leaders in transforming their businesses to embrace and manage change while empowering their teams to fulfill their purpose. He is also a Six Sigma Black Belt, and certified Program Management Professional.
