Customer Success Workflow

Phase 1 – Scoping

We help you determine which of our service offerings best fit your needs, working through details in a Laboratory Services Agreement (LSA) and a Statement of Work (SOW) together.

Phase 2 – Onboarding

Key points of contact are shared and an overview of policies is provided as we finalize the SOW.

Phase 3 – Implementation

We guide you through implementing the SOW and ensure any agreed upon workflows are tested and evaluated for risks.

Phase 4 – Go-Live

Once testing is complete, you are ready to start ordering tests. A dedicated account manager can help with questions, ordering, and any contract changes as your program launches or to explore additional program opportunities.

Phase 5 – Control for Success

We actively manage for contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including turnaround time (TAT), rejection rates, and accurate billing cycles.
