Our Medical Assay Approach

We help manage and track commercial projects from start to finish, including developing a medical assay through to actually launching the product. We understand that time is of the essence, so we also work really hard to turn around what you need as efficiently as possible. In fact, when you contact us for an assay request, once we determine whether it’s scientifically feasible the turnaround time is a matter of weeks to launch a product. We process roughly 250,000 assays in-house per month from self-collected samples and deliver results to real-time patient portals that are HIPAA-compliant. 

Technology & Logistics 

In order to keep things as easy as possible for our customers and their patients, we use top-of-the-line technology to manage the complete lifecycle of logistics. Orders can be placed by a provider via our Molecular Testing Labs portal, an API, or an electronic medical records (EMR) system, though please note that some restrictions may apply to EMRs. However you choose to place an order, our proprietary Lab Information System (LIS) enables fast and nimble interfacing with your ordering platform. We also strive to keep you updated about the status of your orders in real time, sending order processing notifications as well as alerts when your kits are shipped. In these communications, we include your kit ID number along with outbound and return tracking numbers so you never have to guess where your kits are in transit. Finally, we’re proud of the long-term relationships we’ve formed with local suppliers, which allow us to offer our customers fully customizable packaging solutions. We’re also fully integrated with USPS, FedEx, and UPS, and have bulk shipping options available.
