Molecular Testing Labs Celebrates Compliance Week

Keeping up its tradition of encouraging employees to follow the highest of standards, Molecular will be participating in Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week, organized each year by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics & Health Care Compliance Association (SCCE & HCCA).  Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week is an extension of Molecular’s ongoing compliance and ethics program, which is headed by Dave DeLong. During this week Molecular will celebrate its commitment to compliance and ethical healthcare practices by engaging employees to have fun with compliance. Molecular’s compliance team has prepared a series of contests and games that encourage employees to review compliance regulations to win prizes.

Molecular has a code of conduct that all employees are expected to follow. The code calls on employees, contractors, and agents of the lab to conduct themselves with the utmost integrity and to act ethically in everything they do. Company-wide compliance and ethics education, held annually, allows our organization to roll-out new and updated compliance and ethics program policies and reinforce with employees their compliance and ethics obligations. Participation in Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week gives additional opportunity to shine a spotlight on the importance of compliance and ethics and boost compliance culture
