Collaboration enhances member experience, care journeys, and access to essential screenings at scale.

VANCOUVER, Wash. — Molecular Testing Labs (MTL), a CAP-accredited and CLIA-certified laboratory, announces a strategic collaboration with CareSource, a national nonprofit managed care organization serving more than 2 million members.Through this collaboration, CareSource members gain access to at-home, self-collected diagnostic testing, enabling them to complete essential screenings without visiting a lab. The program is designed to improve access to care, particularly for populations that face barriers such as transportation and scheduling.MTL supports the program with a multi-channel engagement strategy, including mail, text, and phone outreach to guide members through the testing process using their preferred communication channels.
